Corral reading Flanders fields
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
on Monday Mrs Strathern Gave the whole class a corral reading for Anzac day the next day she said she wouldn't force us to do it so only a small portion of the class did it. We practiced for two days then on Thursday we would record Mrs Strathern said to practice outside of class for about 15 minutes then she was angry with the noise the group was creating so she called us in then just before lunch Mrs Strathern called us to record the girls were the first two lines then the 1 line of boys were at the back we recorded twice before Mrs Strathern loved the video I say it was good except for the one line after foe but apart from that i thought it was pretty good by pretty good I mean verry good the video is up next to the title if you want to watch this fantastic video.
My Holiday
My Holiday
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Instead of joining my class at the Marae Noho, I went to Taupo to meet with family visiting from England. I had the best holiday ever. I learnt to hold onto my Dad's tyre when my Grandpa was driving the boat. I enjoyed finally getting over the wake on my wake board and doing a double ski with my aunt. It was very scary if the rope got tangled each other. The things I felt interested the most was going to the lodge at Rotorua and catching little brown trout. when we went on the boat I had a go on the Tyre. Vrmmm splat Splosh splash as the motor starts dung as the boat starts. whoosh!!! as the boat skims across the lake.
"Wow wow" I scream as the Tyre tips, "that was a close one," I say to myself.
"Put put," the engine shortcut.
"Well pull me in then" I say sadly.
"Michael why don't you have a go?" I say "No! I am not crazy like you "Spike what about you" I say "sure" he says"pump the oil then" Dad says
"OK" I say Vrmmm the motor cuts threw the water like a plane spinning threw the air bang dung as the the boat hits the water dung dung "its very bumpy today" I shout to Dad.
